I've heard that MMF can be made with Marshmallow creme. Being vegetarian I cannot eat Marshmallows because of the gelatine. I have cheated in the past when it came to marshmallow fondant but would prefer a 100% vegetarian fondant. I know I can make it other ways but I love the way MMF taste. Marshmallow creme doesn't have gelatine in it.

Any recipes would be greatly appreciated. Thanks I'm going to the store right now to buy a couple jars of marshmallow creme (no time to wait for replys haha) So hopefully thats what I need.

Thanks Again.

The recipe link given is the only MMF I have ever made and I am very happy with it. I liked the idea of avoiding melting the marshmallows.

I usually add almond extract because I like that flavor. I have to make a cake this week-end so I will be making a lot of MMF. Just becareful because the Jet Puffed Marshmallow Creme isn't a 16 oz container.

I colored mine after I had it all mixed and I had no problems whatsover. I even made some chocolate MMF one time because I needed black, so I used some dark cocoa in place of powdered sugar and black was easily achieved after I added a little Americolor black.
