I have seen people do designs with chocolate and stick them into cakes- what kind of chocolate is it? Is it like the wilton melting discs? Also another question- I have seen colored patterns on chocolate in lots of colors- how do people do that? Is it airbrushed on through a stencile? This questions are driving me crazy...please help

Great question. I was also wondering how to get them out of the mold without sticking!

Thanks.

Anyone know how to get it out of the mold without sticking? Am I supposed to coat it with something first? Thanks!!! Kathy

No coating, just pop the mold in the freezer and when it's hard they'll come out with just tapping.
