How can I make this logo into a fancy cake that will feed 200?

I am having a mental block.

I'm not sure - but I'll be thinking about it!! Hey - I see you're another Okie!! It's nice to meet you!! That's cool that you're getting to do this cake. Where are you located? I'm east of OKC in Jones.

I'm seeing a stacked cake with each tier having the colors that are in the logo. I also see their logo standing up on the top tier of the cake. I also see some shooting stars (like logo) between the tiers. That's all I see. Geez, I sound like a clairvoyant! icon_lol.gif

does it have to be that exact logo all together...cause i'm thinking:do the bottom round layer in that blue that's on the circle with the word "centennial" around the sides in white, then do a middle tier in white with the words "oklahoma" around the sides in black, then a top tier in black with the rest of the logo in 3 D...(fondant cutout stars, sitting on top of an "07" and 3D fondant "arcs" actually sticking out of the sides of the cake.

have i sniffed too much confectionary yet?

CONGRATS! It would be such an honor to get to do this cake. I like "starlataylor" 's idea of doing different colored tiers.

(I'm in Stillwater also and this storm is causing internet problems. Hope you get this message this time.)

My idea was a blue layer with centennial the top front in an arch, then the starts and swooshy (?) things out the side in 3D (flat, but standing up) image. Out of fondant/cookies/clay? And at the moment I can't remember what was above that! haha!
