I used the red velvet cake recipe listed here ( the second one listed) and it's recipe for the cooked icing..it is DELICIOUS...now my customers are wanting them...how can I make them pretty w/o messing up the taste? The ones who want these like the icing because it isnt like regular ( bc or decorators) icing. So I dont want to trim them out in these other tastes. HELP?
I am sure someone can help you..... I know Cali4dawn makes them alot maybe she can help you. The red velvet cake I have posted on here has been asked for a couple of times since I made the icing for cupcakes.... and Yes people love it.... I hope you find your answers.
