I have made small cream cheese mints for customers for weddings before, but I have never charged for them because they were all close friends. I had someone ask me the other day how much they would be per pound and I have no idea what to charge! Anyone have any suggestions??
I charge $20 per 100 mints. That's for the standard size rose, bell, etc. If it's anything bigger (I have a cala lily that is huge) I add $5 per 100.
I've charged $25 per hundred for the standard sizes, I also add between $5-10.00 extra if larger sizes are requested, or larger quantites are ordered. Cream Cheese Mints are to die for...YUMMY. The only negative thing about them is that they are very time consuming.
Thanks for the advice! I think that both of your prices sound fair. Pricing is something that I always struggle with. Some people give me more than I ask and say that I never charge enough and then you have people who want everything for free!
I love doing cakes but the pricing drives me crazy. Most people do not realize how much work goes into a special cake. Thanks again!
Hello everyone. Does anyone out there have some good MINT recipes. I would really appreciate your responses. Thank you.
