Can I make large batches of buttercream frosting and freeze it? If not what is it's shelf life in the fridge?
You can keep it in the fridge a couple of weeks but it freezes very well. Just defrost and you're ready to go.
Thanks, That will help. Doing a cake for my daughter's baby shower and also giving it. I need all the extra time I can get by doing things ahead of time!
