How Many Servings...?

... are in a single layer, 11"x15" sheet cake?

And is that a quarter, half or full sheet?

11x15 is in between a quarter (7x11) and a half sheet (12x1icon_cool.gif. I tell people it's 35 servings...cut in 7 slices on the long side, 5 on the short side.

I just did one over the weekend I prescored it and it made 35 nice 2x2 pieces. Here in CT 11x15 is considered a half sheet.

Thanks for the info. 35 servings sounds good.

It seems like there's still some discrepancy on sheet sizes!

I consider 11x15 mid-size, or 1/3 sheet.
I get 24 servings from that, but we do seem to like our cake here!
Our 1/4 sheets are 9x13
