What places should I check into for cake decorating classes? I've done the Wilton classes at Micheal's but really looking to delve further.

I've tried searches on Google, but can't narrow it down to California or CURRENT classes.

Any recommendations?

Check into local community colleges that have culinary arts programs. They usually have cake decorating classes.

Caljava offers classes. They are in Northridge. I think they have three day classes.

I'm in CA and I've taken classes at several different cake supply stores. I also belong to a cake club and many of the people in the club teach classes.

Do you have a club near you? If not, why not start one?

If you still can't find a class then get some DVD's and watch them. I know Nicholas Lodge has some wonderful ones. His dvd's are just like his classes that go step by step and explain everything in detail.
