icon_surprised.gificon_eek.gif I have gotten an order for this coming weekend for a Black Forest Cake ??? I don't have a recipe......anyone have one they would be willing to share, along with the frosting/filling? TIA! icon_smile.gif

I am sure you will do well with this cake.... those links m0use sent are good ones.... I just have to add, that anything you do will be better then the places I have ordered around here when in a resturant... its not as good as the US's BFCake! Man that sounds good now... now I have to make one......

i have a really good recipe i got when i was in CUlinary School. It was my schools Famous Black Forest Cake... I don't have it with me right now while im at work. But as soon as i get home tonight iw ill post it along with detailed directions!!

icon_wink.gif Thanks everyone....I will take any and all recipes I can get.......and by the way, how big of a cake like this do I need to feed 30 people? I don't have any idea if they will be cutting slabs, or reg. slices.....thanks! icon_smile.gif
