I have a kopykake Kroma Jet compressor (AB017)
It's great. They also make an Airmaster compressor (C3000R) but that's really only necessary if you're going to be doing like make up, tanning, and hennas. The kroma jet is perfect for cakes. You can order them from kopykake.com and get the colors too, since it only comes with the 3 primes.

Molly, are you any where near Denton TX?
Also Kopykake have an ICES special on the airmaster, saving $50 and free S&H, they have it for $200.00. at the moment. it is well worth the money and the only one you will ever need.
