When To Bake

OK....If I have a wedding cake to do on Saturday, when is a good time to start baking the cakes. It is only three tiers, 14, 10, and 6. This will be my first wedding cake, and I am REALLY NERVOUS!!

I like to bake on Wednesday, fill on Thursday, and decorate on Friday. Keep everything well wrapped icon_smile.gif

I bake on Thurs. morning, ice in the afternoon and decorate on Friday.
