I got a request today for a graduation party. They would like a cupcake bouquet (see my photos for example) but they would like to have Congratulations (name) included. They want the colors to be lime green, neon pink, turquoise - girls of course! Does anyone have any ideas? It is a double party and each girl wants their own bouquet, one name is 5 letters the other name is 8 letters.

TIA

I say either on a card like the one in your photos or mayby try adding it to some fondant sticking out from the bottom of the bouqet like ribbon. Also, you could simply designat one cup cake in each bouqet to say Congrats so-and-so... of coarse you would have to write small.
