I don't really know where you can buy one, but I thought this might help if you can't find one -

I searched the entire web for hello kitty cookie cutters and could not come up with much of anything. the ones on ebay usually are all overseas and you will pay ridiculous amounts for cookie cutters that are the tiniest things. usually about 2 inches big. I was looking for more of a substantial cookie cutter, like a 'big head' hello kitty cookie so I could give as favors. I think I finally came up with the perfect solution (I also imagined my self fashioning one out of scrap tin! yikes!) If you go on ebay and search for 'hello kitty bento lunchbox' you will come up with all different plasticy looking things but look for a white kitty shaped box, it usually has a red strap attached to it. these 'bento boxes' are apparently a bit of a craze where food is fashioned into all sorts of nifty things including miss kitty herself, usually out of sushi and rice etc. (???) anyway... the box itself is the perfect shape for a cookie cutter and its dimensions are 5x4x2. which is the perfect size for icing and decorating. I attached a picture, hope this helps. I bought one for 8.99 plus shipping. its on its way so I dont know how it will work but im sure it will.
