I have mine on freewebs.com. I like it pretty well for free! Occasionally there is a glitch, but you get what you pay for! It was really easy to set up (I am not at all computer literate) and I did it myself. I just wanted a place though that I could post pictures for anyone interested. You can check out my website if you want!

Me, too! Mine is on freewebs, see my siggy line. I am happy with it. It's nothing fancy, but like Merissa, it's FREE! If/when I get a business, I will pay for one, but as I'm just a mom who bakes, it'll do.

HTH!

are they free?

For all of you:
I understand that free web pages are paid for by the advertisers. Do you find your pages have annoying ads or pop ups?

Also, I see only about 8 pictures on a page. How many can you upload at one time? How many pages can you have?

I've been using clubphoto.com; it's not a web site, exactly; but I can have 100 pictues in each album, and quite a few albums. I did pay to upgrade the package, but there is a free package. Unfortunately, I've been unable to access it for about three weeks ... I hope they didn't fold without warning.

I use 1and1. I just got my web site up and running and I used one of their templates. It is really easy to use and they have different packages you can choose from. I havent had to use it but I have heard they have great customer service also. Here is the link.

Mine is free through freewebs. you can also pay for your own domain, I think I might be like $20 or something a year. I dont remember for sure.

There are advertisers. Mine are usually related to cake decorating and at the top of each page. I have never noticed a pop up (and I check my site quite a bit LOL!) Occasionally I will have a full screen ad that you will see before you enter the site. Only occasionally, but I do not like that one. I just worry that people might think they have gotten the wrong address or something. But you can click off of it and get right into the site.

I am not sure if photos are unlimited, but I have quite a few photos and pages on mine.
