I won 2nd place at my sister's job's dessert contest. Totally rigged. The winning dessert was a mississippi mud pie!--wasnt even that great! its ok I got $75 and I am thrilled. The cake was my crawfish boil cake!! im very very very very excited!!! icon_biggrin.gificon_biggrin.gif

oh yeah you could do a mardi gras theme cake--even though mardi gras is over!! ha. with beads, masks and such. or if they are Saints fans you can't go wrong with that. Or the crawfish boil cake would be great too! New Orleans is always festive so whatever you do, do it BIG!!
