I usually just add cocoa powder to my regular buttercream icing. I think it tastes great. It is also really good if you use double or tripple strength coffee instead of water when you mix it.

I use the wilton chocolate buttercream - but I use a really good quality cocoa powder. It really makes a better tasting icing - I think.
