I like it too, but IMO the text above the photos needs to be changed from white to black - I can't read it on my computer screen without my face being about 2ins away from the screen as the blue & pink bands are way too light to give a good contrast to the text! Anyone else having the same problem?!

Sounds like you need to adjust your screen brightness, or your monitor may be dying.

I LOVE the new look and the photos seem to come up faster. I agree the white font on the pale pink and blue is hard to read.

Yeah, my eyes bugged out icon_eek.gif when I sat down to my morning fix of CC. (The Sun. paper will be forgotten 'till noon)
I LOVE the new look!!! I think, because of this new format, I'll be checking out the bar of photos more often. It's somehow easier and more user friendly than scrolling way down on the right side then back up again.
And adding the "popular cakes" on top of the usual newest cakes is more good, enticing eye-candy!!! ( And a new goal to strive for!!!)
I also immediately printed out those newest recipes-- something I've never bothered to do before.

Ummm, I don't think so, I've never had any trouble reading anything else, and my LCD monitor is around a year old! looks like I'm not the only one having this problem anyway!

I was just about to start a thread about the new look and looked up and it was already started--my turn to jump in.

I really like it too!!!!! Someone(s) has been working late. Great job! The print seems a bit larger which is great for my eyes since i spend so much time on this site.
