My husband and youngest son have recently relocated to Tennesse. My extended family have been VERY close as I have 4 brothers and 2 sisters and we all practically raised each others kids because our kids were always best friends with each other. Anyway, my nieces baby shower is next weekend and I cannot attend 
but wanted to send something special other than just a gift. I was thinking decorated cookies. She and her husband are Nebraska Fans and have done the babys room up in mostly NE themed items. We also know it will be a baby girl named Kiley. Can any of you exceptionally talented people help me come up with a few great ideas to pipe on the cookies? I am thinking I will make sugar cookies and pipe with royal icing. Any ideas would be truly helpful. I want them to be so very special and they will have to be shipped from Nashville to Lincoln, NE. Your best bet for ideas is the college website. Footballs, pompoms, megaphones, jerseys, helmets, you could even do rectangular cookies with football fields on them.
