I delivered and tasted my first PAID cake today (the naruto cake in my photos), and it was a HUGE HIT! The family LOVED the cake so much, I am doing another one for next weekend (they have 4 kids), and 2 for the 11th of May! I had quoted her $20 for the cake, which is low I know, but she has been my friend for 24 years so I gave her a deal. Well, she paid me $40 for this cake!!!!!! And I have 3 more to do for her family in the next month.....I am so excited I finally found my niche in life..almost 36 years of wondering what I was gonna be when I grew up...I love this job 
Great Job, happy for you that you're so pleased. Glad to see that your daughter and nephew are interested in becoming chefs. My daughter is a chef, took alot of schooling and hard work to get there and is still alot of hard work. I don't think she'd change it for the world. Good luck to you and both of the aspiring chefs!
