I have a cousin who is super paranoid when it comes to her fat and sugar intake. I am looking for a good recipe that is super low in fat and sugar. She is also a nurse so I an't fake it like I would try on any of my other relatives.

Does anyone have a recipe I can try?

You could always do the diet coke cake...maybe a little lower in fat..
It's one cake mix plus one can of diet pop...I usually use chocolate with diet coke or rootbeer...white cake with sprite or even a cherry sprite.

I got these from weight watchers.
