I am interested in starting to learn how to do figure piping. What type of icing do you use? Where can I find information on how to pipe different figures! Any information on this topic would be greatly appreiciated!!

Thanks in advance!

There are lots of recipes you can use for figure piping. Buttercream is the number one icing for piping. There are some recipes such as whipped cream icing that can be used as well. I always use buttercream.

Here's a link to some figure piping ideas.
