I have one cake mix and need to use the cake mix extender recipe from this site... but I dont have any sour cream!! icon_cry.gificon_surprised.gif Does anyone have any suggestions about what I can substitute for the sour cream??

you can sub yougurt for it.

Here a another good oneicon_smile.gif

Cake extender
1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg
1/2 cup water

It makes a box mix into a 1.5 mixes
