I know, another one of those but I know people will ask at the party and I have no idea because no one does this in my area. The Hello Kitty is the wonder mold with a 9 in on bottom with bc covered in mmf. The head and arms are a batch of rice krispie treats covered in fondant. The pillow is double layer 8in square with bc covered with mmf and painted with luster dust. The shoe is mmf/gumpaste mix. I would really like a ballpark figure PLEASE!

I agree with $100 each, but I know how people are and if you are looking for business I would probably do a little less. LOVE YOUR CAKES!!!!!!!! Especially the Hello Kitty 3D, fabulous job on both!!!!!

to get some business I would say a nice round figure for both! I wouldn't sell yourself short! Those are both $75 each, EASY! The Hello Kitty is a lot of work and looks WONDERFUL! Then you have the Pillow AND the gumpaste shoe on top of that! That one looks amazing! I don't think people would be surprised to hear this price! Tell them how many hours it took you if you are worried!

BEAUTIFUL CAKEs! thumbs_up.gif

Thank You Everyone! I was thinking at least $65, I wish I could get $100. Some people would pay that but I know alot probably wouldn't.

If you mean 100 for both that's pushing it on a low level . Don't sell yourself short!

I meant each. I'm no expert but I know how much time it took. Some people at the party couldn't believe those were cakes! They were amazed. I was so proud. icon_biggrin.gif

If they can't afford the hundred let them get a cake that is more in their price range. 3d is more expensive, let them get a sheet cake.
Why work harder for less money? When I was not as finacially stable, I would have never expected to get a nice cake. I went to the grocery store. Save your time and talent for people who will pay you for it. And family, because they never pay you a nickle.

YOU SHOULD BE PROUD!
And 100.00 for each is deff a much deserved price!
But around here most wouldn't pay it, so most don't get great cakes! icon_biggrin.gif
