Just my opinion, but I think it would curdle when thawed.....

NO NO NO
Don't freeze it.....I made that SAME mistake earlier this week and had a disaster emergency when it was curdled the day after and needed cream for a cake...... I almost cried, it was near to full.....

You can ,however, whip it, add sugar and vanilla and make individual whipped cream toppings. My mother used to do this when cream was on sale. She would put 2 inch waxed paper sections on cookie sheets, place small mounds on the wax paper and then freeze them uncovered. When they were frozen she would place them in covered container. These were then placed on desserts before supper and by the time dessert was served the whipped cream had thawed.

I would never have even thought to freeze whipped cream. That's an awesome idea!
Thanks,
Christine
