I remember seeing a post where someone put a pic of these mini 3 layer cakes. They looked like little samples of wedding cakes. I was wondering what size they were if anyone could help that would be great.

I am not quite sure what specific ones you are talking about, but My guess would be 2,3 or 4 inches. These seem to be pretty standard for the mini cakes. I bought my set of magic line from Sugarcraft.com. You may want to shop around though for the best price. I have seen them on ebay often also (just not when I wanted them)

Hope this helps.

Yep, that's it. what I use but that doesn't mean it's right. But I would say that since 2 of us agree your pretty safe. Don't get the one that is one piece.

ahh, great point fearlessbaker. I almost bought the one peice ones and am very glad I didn't. i can use the individual sizes with other cakes, or individual cakes for someone. It is definitely a great suggestion!

Leily, You can't decorate those one piece pans easily. Let me know how you decorate them. I love minis!

I made the mistake of purchasing the one piece pan. I hate it! The cake almost always comes apart and they are impossible to ice. I've since purchased the 3 piece set and it makes it so much easier to use.

I saw a set of three mini-pans in a recent Current catalogue(they sell stationary and gift cards,etc...). They were 14 or 19 dollars. The set included 4",3" and 2" pans and I think it's two of each.
