I think I figured it out. How to add a picture in a post that it.

This is my course 3 final cake. It is frosted with BC and has fondant roses. I enjoyed making the roses. It took practice but I finally got the hang of it.

Please let me know what you think.

I gave this one to the ladies at the bank. They really enjoyed it. Maybe that will bring in some orders. Even though I did not take the classes to actually go into business. This is just something I enjoy doing.

I just want to let you knwo that I finished that course last night....and your roses are Beautiful! Mine were horrible and I was so disgusted with the whole thing! Normally I love everything.

Do you have any hints to pass on to me? How did your roses end up so full? Mine were tiny and ...and...blech!

AWESOME job on those roses!

acookieobsession -- thank you.

The only thing I could tell you about my roses is that I rolled the fondant very thin, so that you could see (not read) the words on the dividing wheel. Then I used the largest blossom cutter. I rolled the ball tool on the edges until they kind of wrinkled. And it took alot of patience. At least with me it did. I practiced and practiced. Good luck. I am sure you will get it.

Thanks lemondrop.

Thank you all.

It means a lot to me to have other people look at my work and tell me how they like it or what is wrong. Like I said before I don't have a lot of family here, just my son, husband, and his family.

Phoov -- I thought about gumpaste, but have no idea on where to even start with that.

Thanx again everyone.
