cake with just straws? The top tier is an 8 in. cake. thebottom one is a 10 in. cake. Is that enough e straws and a wood dowel in the middle?
I just put it on top but wanted to make sure before I put the border and finishing details.
Thanks aso much for any help.

As long as they are either sturdy straws or there are several of them, you should be fine.

I've done that before. I just use 5 straws in the shape like on dice.

I agree with Kazoot, 5 straws should be enough.

Yeah, I would have done 5 or 6, but straws are just fine for that size of cake
