Recipes Using Egg Yolks

I have 4 left over egg yolks from some white cupcakes I made. Does anyone have any suggestions for recipes that I could make that used 4 egg yolks?

Pastry cream or lemon curd. A 2 cup batch of either requires 4 egg yolks.

..filling for a German Chocolate Cake uses egg yolks. Don't know if you want to go thru all that though!
