I've just started using fondant (MMF mostly), and I want to know if there's a special way to not get the powdered sugar all over the surface of the fondant. It's hard to make anything look that good when it's got sugar caked all over it.
Any advice on what you do to keep the fondant clean?

I actually thought about that but I wondered if I could use shortening without it making the fondant greasy.
I'll definitely give it a try, thanks!
