OOOOKKKK I'm a little lost here I just signed up a couple of weeks ago and I am still exploring this sit so I thought I would tell a bit about me and ask my question!!!! Ok I'm 17 and (of course I'm new) and I have been interested in the culinary life since I was young I new it was my calling! So on that note I will be graduating next year!!!! and then will be making CAKE my life I'm hoping to open my own shop! And so on but my question is all the BC and stuff like that to shorten the word (BC butter cream) can some one fill me in? can some one assist me in the abbreviations!!!!????
