I bought some of these pills, but have not started taking them. Has anyone tried them?

Your suppose to take them 20 minutes before eating with 8 oz of water if I'm remembering correctly. The pills expand and you feel full faster, hence you eat less. They worked for me in that aspect but you still need to eat healthy and exercise. I went on a low-fat diet and did tae-bo. I love tae-bo, get to pretend to beat someone up icon_twisted.gif that your mad at. I dropped 53 lbs that way.

...lol.... so ya gotta have some enemies for tae-bo huh??? Just kidding....I've always wanted to try that. I joined Curves last November. I paid for one year but I probably won't re-new it. I feel like I need a little more. The stuff they have can only take ya so far.
But it is a great start. thumbs_up.gif

LOL My younger brother says I have a mean streak in me icon_confused.gif Seriously, tae-bo is a great way to work out stress and anger as well as a great exercise program.

Yep, your right...a miracle pill would be wonderful...but its the old fashinoned way that works...thats what Weight Watchers is...small, healthy portions and exercise. There is no way of getting around not being hungry if you truly wanna loose weight. It sucks, but if you want it bad enough, you can do it. I did it...not done yet....but I am doing iticon_wink.gif
