Is it better to make roses, flowers, etc. with Buttercream taken straight out of the fridge, or should I wait until the Buttercream comes back to room temperature? This will be my first foray into flowers. Thanks. thumbs_up.gif

Room temp, like everyone said! If you need it thicker, add more powdered sugar and meringue powder, but do it on room temp buttercream.
