I want totry fondant but I would like todo creamcheese icing over red velvetcake, wouldit workok taste wise? thanks

It sure will! I made a red velvet cake with cream cheese filling and icing and used SatinIce fondant to cover. It went over real good!!! Go for it!!! thumbs_up.gif

does cream cheese frosting have to be refridgetated? anyone have a GREAT recipe that doesnt?
