Can anyone give me any advice on how I would make this cake? What time of pan would I use. I think I can decorate it. It is just getting the actual mold created. Please help!
I would use squares, then carve the center out, or you can take a small round and place in the center of the square when you bake, then you wouldn't have to carve.
I made a Yankee Stadium cake recently. The pic is in my photos. I carved it out of a sheet, stacking as I went. It was actually pretty easy. I used a round pan as a guide to get the curve, and just carved it. Good luck!
