A lady placed an order with me to be picked up this Friday one of the 2 choices she made has apple blossoms on it. If I make them out of royal icing tonigt do you think they will have tiime to dry? Thanks in advance

yes; they should dry in a day or two.

If in doubt, place them in the oven with just the oven light on; this will speed up the drying. If the flowers are colored, place foil or a baking sheet on the top rack to block the direct light to prevent fading.
