I am making a Tiffany box cake tonight for someone and I am wondering about the fondant. She wants a carrot cake, but the cream cheese icing needs to be refrigerated. Can I put the fondant covered cake in the fridge? Also, should I let the bow sit out and harden before I put the cake in the fridge? I am just afraid that when the cake comes out of the fridge, the warming process will make the bow collapse or the fondant will get all nasty. Please help. It's Satin Ice fondant.

Satin Ice will hold up nicely in the fridge, but I would add the bow afterwards.
