I am in the middle of a batch of MMF and am unsure whether or not to add more powdered sugar before letting it rest. Is this the EXACT consistency it will be after resting overnight, or will it thicken or harden a bit? Thanks in advance!
This is pretty much the consistency it will be when you work with it. After resting, it will be a little more stretchy, but basically the same.
