I just did one last weekend. I sketched out the clothes and did them in chocolate. I tried to find some scrapbook paper or other ideas, but ended up just using one of the cakes I loved from here and made my own templates. I originally drew them bigger and had to resize a bit when I finalized the cake height. Hope that helps.
