Does any body have the receipe and knowledge on sugar dough? Please help.

what kind of dough? Sugar cookie dough, gumpaste, fondant?

I noticed "sweetfrost" made a couple of dolls out of "sugar dough" They were very cute and almost looked like fondant. But she called it sugar dough.
