Well I just made this up myself, I had saved an order form I found that was a J-PEG so I made this in WORD. The only problem is I wish I could go in with ease and type the customer's name and such but haven't figured out how yet. So I will use this for phone consults and quick orders I guess. Anyway maybe you can use it for something.
