I am making bc roses tonight (Wednesday) for a cake for Sunday. I need a lot of them so I want to get done ahead of time.

My bc recipe doesn't need to be refrigerated. How should I store the roses until Sunday?

I don't want to just leave them sitting on the cookie sheet out in the air but I can't think of how to cover them without messing them up. I could freeze them but I'm a little short on space in the freezer and don't know if it's necessary.

What do you all do?

I freeze mine. Freeze them on a cookie sheet, and then pop them in a plastic container. They are easier to put on a cake when they are frozen.

Yep the thin rubbermaid containers work good for roses and don't take up much space in the freezer they are thin. Good luck. Or even put the container in the refrigerator if it's for this Sunday.

Thanks, I'm off to re-arrange the freezer!
