Help!! I'm Making Mmf Right Now And It Hates Me!!!

I am making mmf right now for the 1st time. It is so super sticky!!! I have added almost a half cup more powdered sugar than the recipe calls for....what should I do??? More powdered sugar???? Help please...I'm a sticky mess!!

Keep adding PS a little bit at a time and knead, knead, knead! thumbs_up.gif Good luck...you can do it! thumbs_up.gif

Work in a gob or two of Crisco, wrap in plastic, then wrap with foil, put in Ziploc bag and let rest overnight. Try kneading in the morning and see what you think.

Keep adding powdered sugar and when it gets a little less sticky wrap it in plastic wrap and let it sit for the hour that the instructions recommend. Then start to knead and knead in more powdered sugar.
