hello guys, i was just at my wal-mart and i went to the wilton section which the employee were restocking the shelves and putting in new items from wilton lots of cute stuff. BUT!!!! have you seen the new flowers arrangement. that goes on the cake ( it is not edable, just like the bow that is premad, i think it made out of paper all in white) so are the flower... my first thought that came to my mine was this will put us out of business cuase anyone can buy it, color them how they want it and put it on a cake. i have looked all over wilton wedsite and on ebay to get a picture for you all but i did not find it.... what do you guys think..... they look just like this photo that i found in the gallerie just to give you an example of how they look but they are all white. not colored.

Gee Shaddi, the ones in the gallery look great! How much were the flowers at Wal-Mart? If they're $39.99 like the ones on the Wilton website lisa brought up - I don't think they'll be a big seller! JMHO

I thought that price was high too for what it is and a cascade type might be even higher.

i didn't get to see the price, i was with my son that is 5, that all he kept saying was i want to go home over and over again, that i had to leave. i'm thinking of going back tomorrow to walmart to look at it again and maybe try to take a photo of it. if no one is around.

they also have some really nice bride and groom wedding cake topper. i did get to buy the new cake globe dividers the one that is on the front of the new wilton tierd cake book. i was not to happy with how they look in person. mine had bubbles on it and little rock stuck in the plastic not to happy at all that is going back to the store.

did any one get a email from wilton today about their Dessert Decorating Survey. it was kinda silly but their was a question that asked were do you go to get ideas for a party theme that you need to do of course i put in their cakecentral.com cause it is the best place to go...

The ones that Walmart has are very pretty! Especially if you don't know how to make flowers! I do have one of the flower sets that Wilton is comming out with. I will go up and get it and take a pic and post it.

Did anyone see the new WHITE cupcake dessert stand???
I like it much more than the other one!!!

Plan on checking out the flowers tomorrow. I do love the new cupcake dessert stand. Love it. Plan on picking one up the next time I go shopping. Have been checking out some of the wonderfully creative cupcake photos people have submitted.

I also filled out the Wilton survey and agree with you. I have gotten some of my best ideas from this website. I'm addicted to cake decorating and now this website.
