I get Cakes & Sugarcraft and Wedding Cakes - A Design Source. They're both from England, so they're pretty pricey. I don't actually have a subscription, but I run to the bookstore as soon as I think they're out. They're only quarterly and there's not a lot of how to in the Wedding Cakes one, but there are hundreds of pictures. A year's subscription is $40 for C&S and $42 for Wedding Cakes (Canada's more). You can go to www.squires-shop.com to order it, I get mine at Barnes and Noble.
