I bought a small one for working with fondant roses and such and loved it so much I used a michaels coupon to buy the large one. I love it. If you aren't sure about spending the money, use a coupon and buy the smaller one to try it out on smaller jobs, then decide. icon_smile.gif

I have a large one that I bought for about 30 dollars. Works well with large pieces of fondant. Doesn't stick.

I have a really nice one, I think it's by the same company that makes the Silpat. It's on ball bearings and rolls like a breeze. Nothing sticks to it..it's awesome. It's got a large barrel, but not a long one. If I had one complaint, that would be it, it's just not long enough. I think my b/f paid $60 for it...one of those things I wanted but never would have bought for myself. I'm glad I have it though.

Just like poppie and diane - have both (standard rolling pink (pin, $29.52) and the pastry pin(lavendar, $19.54) from qvc. Love them, works great with fondant, cookies, and pie crust.

I have a large and a small silipin in addition to the big Wilton one too. I really like them all. The silipins come in all sorts of colors and are quite reasonable too.

I have a red pastry pin and it is great. I use it to roll fondant and it doesn't stick.
