I have seen on many of your posts you talk about 10x powdered sugar, how do i know what "x" i'm buying? Are not all powdered sugars the same? TIA!

the ps that I get has 10X on the front of the bag. I would guess that they all have the x amount somewhere on it.

In my experience, almost all the powdered sugar sold in "regular" grocery stores is 10x. Some stores carry 6x, or other variations, but I have only seen that in the cake supply store of "fancy" grocery stores.

The "x" refers to the size of mesh strainer that the grain fits through.
