Need Help With Baby Shoes...

does anybody have some great directions on how to assemble a pair of baby shoes???? i have done one pair but i didn't really care for them. does anybody have a template or know where i can find one???

i bought a pair of cheap booties that had a plastic insert to keep it's shape, i got rid of the real booties and kept the inserts to mold baby booties over for cakes. it has worked nicely for me in the past to get the right shape and size.
