Ok, so I am quite sure that this question has been asked probably about a gillion times, but for some reason I have serious problems searching for specific topics in the Forums, so....How do you find out what the different regulations for doing business (Cake, candy, and bakery of course) out of your home? I am in the state of Colorado and I have looked at several state websites and I am having problems finding this information! Any ideas? Thanks so much!!

The requirements vary by county. So the best way will be to contact your local health department (some people have to go through dept. of ag). They can point you in the correct direction.
