I posted this is the Cake Ideas Forum but I thought maybe you girls could help me as well... I was starting to think maybe a cake that looks like a present or a baseball cap that says #1 Pop... any ideas ladies???

Hi everyone... This is extrememly short notice but this weekend is my nieces christening and I am making the christening dress cake for her. However, It is also my grandfathers 78th birthday and he will be attending the christening(very small only about 20 people type of thing) However, I wanted to make a small cake (6-8 inch round) for him. Problem is I have NO ideas. He has been sick for quite awhile with Parkinsons and always worked to support his family. So we can't come up with any interests he may have. The only thing we have come up with is that on that side we have a large Irish family. Any ideas????

How about a cake with the Irish Family Crest on it???? If his name is Cleary .. like your username - here's one I found earlier!!!! (actually a 2 second search on google!)

Maybe use an edible image or FBCT?
