Ahhhh!! I have an interview for a full time cake decorator position for a catering company. Does anyone have and tips or suggestions to help me out? I have no idea what to expect since I work in accounting and have never branched out into the culinary world until now. Thanks!!

If you have a portfolio of the cakes you made, bring that along so they can see your work. Good Luck!

Just be yourself and you'll be great. icon_smile.gif Your work will speak for itself - you do amazing stuff - so make sure you bring your portfolio.

Your work is very cute. I am sure you won't have any problems.
I am glad that you are in the same boat as I am. I have an interview on Monday. I don't have 2 years experience. Heck I just barley have total of 3 months experience decorating! We can give each other support. Let me know how it goes!
